The Austrian Oak still gives workout advice and he even exercises at the age of 75. Not long ago, one video resurfaced where some claims were made and spoke about Arnold's workout routine and compared it to recent bodybuilders.

Recently, late bodybuilder Rich Piana's video resurfaced from the account @bigdfit_era where he is talking about Arnold. He talked about Arnold's workout routine and compared it to recent bodybuilders. According to the video and the late bodybuilder said "Arnold trained three hours a day, twice a day, six days a week." After this, he asked a question for the present athletes, "Is there any professional bodybuilder out there right now training that hard?"

He then answers his query by saying "The answer is no! Why?", Piana further explains "We have better supplements, nowadays, maybe we don't have to train this hard? I don't know, give me the reason."

Rich Piana's idea about Arnold's training sparked varying opinions and disagreement among Arnold's fans. One fan said, "And Arnold worked a full-time job dude prolly slept 3 hours max lol sure". Another commented, "Arnold only trained that way precontest for up to 12 weeks. He didn't train like that all year."
One person even said "Arnold purposely gave bad advice to throw off the competition" and this comment got 421 likes. One admirer wrote "Arnold is still healthy and working out every day. He didn't abuse gear and his cardiovascular health was on point. The guy in the video not so much."
